Christmas Opening Times & Dispatch Information

Xmas Dispatch Times

We will dispatch orders up to 2pm on Friday 19th December for orders containing stock items only. Please note that made-to-order pickguards and pickups will not be dispatched until we re-open in January.

Our office will be closed from Saturday 20th December to Sunday 4th January. We will re-open on Monday 5th January 2026, and any orders placed during our office closure will be dispatched then. However, please be aware that orders containing made-to-order items will incur an additional 1-2 week delay as we catch up with custom orders.

Telephone & Email Support

There will be no email or phone support during our office closure, but we will respond to all messages starting Monday 5th January 2026.
