Can't find your guitar in our template list? We'll cut a guard from your own template on our CNC machine here in the UK. Pick a size, choose your material, then upload your template or post it in to us.

Can't find your guitar in our template list? No problem - we'll cut you a pickguard from your own template, right here in our workshop in the UK.
How it works
- Pick the size that's closest to your guard - this sets the size of the sheet we cut it from.
- Choose your material.
- Either upload a scan or photo of your template, or tick the box to post your tracing or original guard in to us.
The price includes a £20 design charge for us to draw up your guard as a CNC cutting file. Once we've got your template, it goes into the queue and most are cut and on their way within 2 - 3 weeks.
If your template turns out bigger than the size you picked, we'll get in touch before cutting and invoice the difference - nothing gets made until you're happy.

Please note: custom pickguards are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes any guard made from a customer's outline, upload or original pickguard, or with requested modifications. Because they're made just for you, they can't be resold or reused.
